Job Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration between team members.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate project performance against set goals and objectives.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients and external vendors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members to achieve desired results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

Location: This position is located in Kolding.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
