Quality Control Tester
As a Quality Control Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of our company's products. Your main duties will include conducting thorough tests on various software and hardware components, identifying defects and issues, and reporting your findings to the development team. You will also be responsible for creating test plans and scripts, executing them accurately, and documenting any bugs or glitches you encounter. Your role will play a critical part in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. A background in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with experience in testing software applications. You should also have experience with various testing tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough tests on software and hardware components
- Identify defects and report them to the development team
- Create test plans and scripts based on project requirements
- Execute test cases accurately and document any bugs or glitches
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and methodologies
- Provide suggestions for improving product quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Location:
This position is located in Kolding, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
