Job Title: Interpreter (English-Danish)

We are hiring an English-Danish Interpreter to facilitate communication between English-speaking and Danish-speaking individuals in Kolding. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for interpreting verbal and written communication accurately and efficiently, while maintaining cultural sensitivity and professionalism. This position does not require prior experience, but fluency in both English and Danish is essential. The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services between English-speaking and Danish-speaking individuals
- Interpret verbal communication accurately and efficiently
- Translate written documents from English to Danish and vice versa
- Maintain cultural sensitivity and professionalism at all times
- Ensure confidentiality of all interpreted information
- Collaborate with clients to ensure clear understanding of their needs
- Attend meetings, conferences, and events as needed to provide interpretation services
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Danish languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven ability to interpret accurately with speed and efficiency
- Knowledge of cultural norms and customs of both English-speaking and Danish-speaking communities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kolding, Denmark
