Interpreter/Translator
Location: Kolding, Denmark



Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Interpreter/Translator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for languages and the ability to bridge communication gaps between different cultures. As an Interpreter/Translator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between parties who speak different languages. You will also be responsible for accurately translating written documents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other events
- Accurately translate written materials from one language to another
- Ensure that the tone and context of the original message are maintained in the translation
- Research specialized terminology and provide accurate translations in various fields such as legal, medical, business, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Collaborate with other interpreters/translators to ensure consistency in terminology usage

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages (including native proficiency in Danish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as an interpreter/translator (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with translation software and tools (e.g. CAT tools)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Flexibility to work irregular hours if needed (e.g. evenings or weekends)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
