We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online consultation services to clients, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy and possess a strong understanding of online platforms and tools. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and visa sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional online consultation services to clients
- Communicate with clients through various channels including email, chat, and social media
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with company products/services and industry trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Tech-savvy with proficient knowledge of online platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to provide exceptional service
- Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark
