We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Kolding. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Offer product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Kolding, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for international candidates.
