Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Kolding. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Offer product recommendations based on client requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of online communication tools and platforms
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
The position is based in Kolding, Denmark. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are legally able to work in Denmark.

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
