Online Consultant (Contract) - Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Kolding, Denmark on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive experience while using our online services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services in order to provide accurate information and assistance to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services based on client needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style based on the client's needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
- Must have a biometric passport or the ability to obtain one.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Kolding, Denmark.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
