Entry Level Moderator in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Moderator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, ensuring that all content posted is appropriate and follows community guidelines. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for inappropriate or offensive content.
- Enforce community guidelines by removing or flagging inappropriate content.
- Respond to user inquiries and reports promptly and professionally.
- Track and report on community engagement and activity.
- Work closely with the team to identify any emerging issues or trends within the community.
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in enforcing guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on community management best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience moderating online communities is a plus but not required.
