As our ideal candidate, you have previous experience in plastering and are able to perform various tasks including preparing surfaces, applying plaster and creating smooth finishes. You must have a strong eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, repairing cracks and filling holes
- Apply plaster manually or using hand tools and equipment
- Create smooth finishes by smoothing and leveling wet plaster
- Mix materials according to specific ratios to achieve desired consistency
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by cleaning and priming surfaces
- Repair any damaged areas or imperfections in the plaster
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of plasters and their applications
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
