- Assisting with the preparation and pouring of concrete
- Operating tools and equipment according to safety standards
- Mixing and pouring concrete to specified levels
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Clean work area after each shift

- No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
