Job Title: Civil Engineer - Structural Design Specialist

As a Civil Engineer - Structural Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, such as buildings, bridges, and roads. You will work closely with architects and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your main duties will include conducting site inspections, analyzing data and reports, creating design plans using specialized software, and providing technical expertise during the construction process. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and extensive experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop design plans for various structures.
- Conduct site inspections to assess potential risks and determine necessary design modifications.
- Use specialized software to create detailed structural designs.
- Analyze data from surveys, maps, and other sources to inform design decisions.
- Provide technical expertise during the construction process to ensure project execution aligns with design plans.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer or Structural Design Specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles and design standards.
- Proficiency in using specialized software such as AutoCAD or SAP2000.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
