Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams or drawings to determine measurements and materials needed
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders to cut and shape metal pieces
- Assemble metal components using various techniques such as welding, riveting or soldering
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of metalworking techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
