Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Kolding


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Kolding. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects, from concept development through construction. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using 2D/3D software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of Danish building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Danish or other Scandinavian languages

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1600$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
The position is located in Kolding, a charming city known for its historical architecture, beautiful nature, and vibrant cultural scene. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not local.
