We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and development of building projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed technical drawings, conducting site visits and surveys, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop building designs and plans
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for construction projects
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Use your knowledge of sustainability principles to incorporate eco-friendly elements into designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
