As a Preservation Architect at our firm, you will play a crucial role in preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Kolding. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of the building's history, materials, and structural integrity in order to develop effective preservation plans and strategies. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of preservation projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of historical preservation techniques and principles
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history, materials, and structural integrity of historical buildings.
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and best practices.

- Stay updated on current trends and developments in historic preservation.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time contract position. This is an urgent job opening for which we are seeking candidates who can start immediately.
