We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Assist in the development of design concepts, plans, and specifications for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Research and select appropriate materials for each project
- Conduct site visits and provide support during construction phase
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial architecture or related field (internship experience will also be considered)
- Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Revit preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kolding, Denmark. Candidates must have a valid work permit or own visa to work in Denmark.
