We are a cutting-edge architecture firm based in Kolding, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

As our ideal candidate, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful project completions. You must also possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for their commercial space. You will then use your expertise to develop creative and functional designs that meet those needs while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

You will also be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the final result matches the design intent.

As part of our team, you must have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other architects throughout the project. You must also have strong project management skills to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
