Junior Commercial Architect in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Kolding, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and be eager to learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and budget
- Develop detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in designing commercial buildings preferred
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer assistance with finding suitable housing options.
