Are you a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Architect looking for an exciting opportunity? Our architecture firm in Kolding is seeking a talented individual to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans that meet their expectations and budget
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess feasibility of projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are functional, safe, and compliant with building regulations
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary changes or adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in commercial architecture preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
