Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect



Our architecture firm in Kolding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of commercial projects, from initial concept to final construction. As a senior member of our team, you will also oversee and mentor junior architects, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of commercial projects according to client requirements
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to gather project requirements
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects in design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills for presenting designs to clients and collaborating with team members
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints
