Industrial Architect


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Kolding. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities.
- Prepare initial sketches and drawings to present design ideas.
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the construction is in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on feedback from clients or project managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and construction methods.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
