We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of commercial construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kolding, Denmark (no accommodation provided)
