Industrial Architect (Part-Time)
Location: Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Kolding, Denmark. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, as well as managing construction projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings and facilities, taking into consideration functionality, safety, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design purposes.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans if needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and codes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
