Industrial Architect - Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications and industry standards
- Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Research building materials and construction methods to determine cost-effective options
- Create project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide support during construction phase by reviewing plans, addressing issues, and making necessary changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.
