Part-Time Industrial Architect

We have an immediate opening for a part-time industrial architect in our Kolding office. This position is suitable for men with experience in industrial architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety standards
- Monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

This is a part-time position, with a salary of $1700 per month. The schedule can be flexible to accommodate other commitments.
