Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Kolding. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Review and approve architectural designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
