Architecture Manager


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Kolding. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion. You must have a strong background in architecture, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project concepts and design solutions that meet client needs and budget requirements
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
