Job Title: Senior Architect



We are a leading architectural firm based in Kolding and we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and create innovative design solutions
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Supervise junior architects and other team members to ensure quality work is produced
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
