Senior Architect - Part Time (Kolding, Denmark)



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kolding on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is suitable for men who have a strong passion for architecture and exceptional technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design process for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to develop project goals and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it complies with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, with a focus on project management
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:

The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.
