As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure that project goals are met within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and plans using 3D modeling software
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure design feasibility and adherence to building codes
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
