Senior Architect - Part Time (Kolding, Denmark)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Kolding, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
