Contract Nurse in Kolding, Denmark

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team in Kolding, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' conditions and responding to any changes or concerns
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license in Denmark
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of current medical practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
