Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Kolding. You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring that they provide high-quality care to our patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as clinical expertise and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they are following best practices and providing excellent patient care
- Create work schedules and assign duties to nursing staff
- Train new nurses on policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a supervisory or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid nursing license in the city of Kolding
- Minimum of 5 years experience in nursing
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position preferred
- Fluency in Danish (preferred) or English
