Florist Specialist

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Florist Specialist to join our team in Kolding. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your attention to detail and creativity will be key in providing our customers with high-quality floral designs that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests and preferences
- Select and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Ensure all inventory is properly maintained and stored
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Set up floral displays at events or in-store displays
- Maintain a clean work area and follow health and safety guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creativity in designing unique floral arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide recommendations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality products are delivered

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Experience working with special events such as weddings or corporate functions is a plus
