Floral Designer


We are in search of a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Kolding. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. Your role will involve meeting with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences, sourcing and purchasing flowers and materials, as well as designing and assembling arrangements while adhering to budget constraints. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in floral design, a keen eye for color and detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Source and purchase flowers and materials within budget constraints
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions
- Assemble arrangements using different techniques such as wiring, taping, gluing, etc.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and keep track of expenses
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong artistic abilities with an eye for color schemes and design aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
