Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Kolding. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing individualized fitness programs and guidance to clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness levels, goals, and any health issues.
- Design personalized workout plans that are tailored to each client's needs, abilities, and goals.
- Instruct clients on proper exercise form and techniques for maximum results and safety.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Provide nutrition guidance and advice to clients.
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients with correct form during training sessions.
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong motivational skills to keep clients engaged and committed to their fitness goals.
- Must be comfortable working with male clients.
- Must have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided if needed.
