We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Kolding, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Continuously monitor and improve upon kitchen processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef at a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Experience creating menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport for international travel
