We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Kolding, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of successful restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food standards, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items based on customer preferences and market trends
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
