We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans, steaming milk, and monitoring brewing time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid working visa for Denmark (sponsorship not provided)
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
