As a Librarian in Kolding, Denmark, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's resources in order to provide efficient and effective access to information for students and faculty. Your role will involve a range of duties including cataloging books, maintaining databases, assisting users with research inquiries, and overseeing the library's collection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library's physical and digital collections
- Catalogue new materials and update existing records in the library database
- Assist students and faculty with research inquiries, locating resources, and navigating databases
- Monitor the library's budget and make recommendations for purchasing new materials
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan and implement programs or events that promote literacy or information literacy skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to assist diverse users with varying needs
- Proficient in cataloguing systems and databases
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies within the library field

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
