Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment and work areas
- Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing, grinding, and blending techniques
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing any concerns or questions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards customers and team members
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
