Head Chef

As a head chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen in our restaurant located in Kolding. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food is prepared and served to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food costs. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in developing new dishes and incorporating local ingredients into our menu.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef with a focus on European cuisine. You must also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A culinary degree is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth within our company.
