Sales Representative
A dynamic and driven Sales Representative is needed to join our team in Kolding. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (experience in B2B sales is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
