Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Kolding. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to all relevant parties
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to maintain financial targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in budget management and cost control is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes is required
