Job Title: Entry-Level Crane Operator
We are searching for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Crane Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cranes in a safe and efficient manner. This position is based in Kolding, and while prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment according to company and industry standards
- Perform pre-operation inspections on all equipment and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Ensure proper rigging techniques are used when hoisting materials
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and maintenance performed on equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must have valid crane operator certification or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of employment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
