Part-Time Office Assistant in Kolding
We are hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Kolding. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain contact lists
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in Danish is preferred
