Office Assistant (Contract, Kolding, Denmark)
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Kolding, Denmark. As the Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting the overall operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of Danish language is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a contract job with potential for extension based on performance. The selected candidate will also have access to accommodation options provided by the company.
