Office Assistant


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Kolding. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. This is a contract position, with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and booking venues
- Assist with preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work full-time on a contract basis

Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Kolding or nearby areas. Accommodation is not provided for this position. We offer free visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
