Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
